Additional Infomation About Product

The HS-012 is a heavy duty, solid steel, commercial grade door closer manufactured by Stonecold. This door closer is designed for institutional and high traffic building applications, offering superior strength and durability. The HS-012 features adjustable spring tension, two mounting positions, backcheck, and a folding cover plate. Additionally, the closer has been designed specifically to withstand harsh environmental conditions. The HS-012 door closer can accommodate door sizes up to 260 pounds and is UL listed for fire rated doors.
