The EK2503 is a high-performance Wi-Fi module developed by Synapse Wireless, Inc. It has an integrated 2.4 GHz IEEE 802.11b/g/n radio, providing up to 150Mbps data speed. The module is designed to further reduce the size and cost of developing wireless applications. It supports a wide range of applications such as wireless sensor networks, wireless building and home automation systems, smart electricity metering, wireless machine-to-machine solutions, consumer products, and metering solutions. The EK2503 can be integrated with a variety of communication protocols like 6LoWPAN, Wi-Fi protocols, Bluetooth, and mesh network protocols. It is RoHS compliant and can be paired with the Synapse Wireless RTOS for extreme power savings.
