The SWM220P6T7-80 with LQFP-44 (10x10) Microcontroller Unit (MCU/MPU/SOC) is a RoHS-compliant chip manufactured by Synwit. It is a 32-bit low-power embedded microcontroller with 24KB of ROM and up to 192KB of SRAM. It has 16 general purpose I/O pins (GPIOs), six timer/counters (TIM/CNT), an RTC, three I2C peripherals, two SPI UARTs, and four PWMs. The chip supports both the USB 2.0 full-speed host and device interfaces as well as an analog-to-digital converter (ADC). It runs at 80MHz operation and supports up to 48MHz external crystal oscillator.
