TLR00200 is a portion of the Syracuse, New York metropolitan area. It is located south of the City of Syracuse, and borders the towns of Onondaga, Lysander, and Van Buren. The area includes the Syracuse suburbs of Mattydale, North Syracuse, Liverpool, and Cicero. The area is known for its outdoor recreational activities, such as hiking at Green Lakes State Park, as well as its cultural attractions, such as the Rosamond Gifford Zoo and the Onondaga Historical Association. It offers some of the best shopping in the area, including Shoppingtown Mall, Destiny USA Shopping Mall, and the Shops at Driver's Village. To its east, TLR00200 is home to the Onondaga Creekwalk, a multi-use path that provides access to downtown Syracuse.
