TLR00513 is a part of Syracuse University's Academic Infrastructure and Technology Solutions (AITS) Office. It is responsible for providing secure access to university networks and systems, maintaining technical services and support, and providing help and guidance to university faculty and staff. The office offers high-quality, innovative, secure and reliable infrastructure services. It works closely with the university’s IT staff, Information Technology Services (ITS), to ensure secure, efficient and reliable delivery of technology services. As a part of Academic Infrastructure and Technology Solutions (AITS), TLR00513 supplies centralized authentication and security services, along with its various secure campus-wide computer/network access control systems. These access control systems secure resources like files, networks, building entrances, and other confidential information held by the university. Additionally, TLR00513 supports implementations of new technologies such as Wireless Local Area Networks (WLANs) and Voice over IP (VoIP).
