University's Trolley Line
TSR10408 (Transportation Solutions and Resources) is a six-mile automated trolley system that operates at Syracuse University in Syracuse, NY. The system consists of three different routes, connected by two branches and twelve trolley cars. The three routes are the Franklin Square, Hillside and South Campus routes. The Franklin Square route starts at the University Georgetown Square Depot and runs west along South Crouse Avenue to East Genesee Street. It then turns north up East Genesee Street to the Euclid Avenue station, before heading east along Euclid Avenue to the Parkhill Plaza station. The Hillside route starts at the University Georgetown Square Depot and heads south along South Crouse Avenue to Rockland Drive. It then turns east onto East Genesee Street, before continuing east to the Pearl Street station. The South Campus route starts east of Parkhill Plaza, heading east on Euclid Avenue before turning south onto Westcott Street, then east onto Comstock Avenue, and finally south onto South Crouse Avenue. It then runs south to the University Georgetown Square Depot. The entire system is powered using a battery system, allowing for lower emission transportation for the students, faculty and staff at Syracuse University.
