The T6A20-TR30 by Taitron Components is a TO-220 package Temperature Monitoring and Protection Devices with a trip temperature of 30 degrees Celsius. This device is used for temperature monitoring and protection in any equipment, system, or components that require temperature regulation. It includes a heater, a temperature sensor, a Current Controlled P-MOSFET, and a long-life, Self Resetting Thermal Cutoff. This device provides an over temperature protection which is reliable, and re-enables automatically after the temperature returns to a normal level. It is also able to endure vibration effects, overloads, and both high temperatures and humidity.
