The SF34 is a 0.35 micron CMOS process from Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing. It is a combined logic and analog process and provides for logic, analog, and embedded DRAM options. The process is designed to manufactured high-performance logic, as well as cost efficient products. It is optimized for several applications, including networking and wireless. The SF34 is an advanced process and features a 16/14 nm gate length, and an optimized salicide, source/drain process and a 0.35um design rule. It is highly reliable and exhibits excellent electromigration, hot carrier, and ESD characteristics.
