TS19378CS RLG is a low-power series of integrated circuits from Taiwan Semiconductor. The devices in this series offer high integration, smaller size and lower power consumption compared to equivalent discrete circuits. Devices in this series are mainly used for real-time clock (RTC), monitor and control, audio, as well as other general-purpose applications. Features include, low power consumption and operation over a wide voltage range, up to 1.2V. Also, the operating frequency can be up to 32 MHz and comes with rich peripheral connectivity including I2C, SPI, UART and PWM capability.
