The JMK107BJ475MA-T with Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors MLCC - SMD/SMT is a low profile, high performance, RoHS compliant capacitors by Taiyo Yuden. It is a surface mount discrete capacitor, because it consists of two conductor plates separated by as layers an insulation material, and it has a low ESR and ESL. It has a high frequency range up to 6GHz, low impedance, and low self-capacitance. The suggested alternate JMK105BBJ475MV-F also has these features, but it is of slightly larger size and can handle higher temperatures. For both of these parts, the operating range is -55 °C ~ +125 °C.
