ICS-40300 High SPL Analog Microphone with Extended Low Frequency Response APPLICATIONS GENERAL DESCRIPTION Active Noise-Cancelling Headsets The ICS-40300* is a low-noise, high SPL MEMS microphone Teleconferencing Systems with extended low frequency response. The ICS-40300 Studio Microphones consists of a MEMS microphone element and an impedance Live Microphones converter amplifier. The ICS-40300 low frequency response Security and Surveillance makes it an excellent choice for applications requiring precise Photoacoustic Gas Sensing phase matching. The ICS-40300 is pin compatible with the INMP401 and INMP411 microphones, providing an easy upgrade path. FEATURES 4.72 3.76 3.5 mm Surface-Mount Package The ICS-40300 has a linear response up to 130 dB SPL. It Extended Frequency Response from 6 Hz to 20 kHz offers low frequency extension down to 6 Hz, resulting in 130 dB SPL Acoustic Overload Point excellent phase characteristics in the audio range. Low Sensitivity of 45 dBV current consumption enables long battery life for portable 2 dB Sensitivity Tolerance applications. Omnidirectional Response High SNR of 63 dBA The ICS-40300 is available in a 4.72 mm 3.76 mm 3.5 mm Low Current Consumption: <220 A surface-mount package. It is reflow solder compatible with no Single-Ended Analog Output sensitivity degradation.
