It is an EMI filter bead designed to reduce electromagnetic interference from electronic devices. This chip has a resistance of 1000 ohms, a maximum current of 1.5A and a resistance at high frequency of 150 mOhms. It measures 0.08 inches across (0805) and is made of ferrite material.
