It is used in high-speed, low-capacitance applications in a variety of applications including cell phone displays, USB port protection, hard drive protection, and LCD panels. It features integrated ESD protection, low clamping voltage, and low leakage current, and has a miniature 2510 footprint. It is designed to meet Electrostatic Discharge immunity requirements of IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) with air and contact discharge levels. It is RoHS compliant, and includes overvoltage and transient protection for input and output. It requires no external components and offers a maximum reverse leakage current of up to 50 nanoamps.
