The TPESD12BS3 is an ESD protection device manufactured by TECH PUBLIC with SOT-23-3 package. It provides electrostatic discharge protection in electronic circuitry from up to 8kV contact and 15kV air-gap discharges, while allowing signal transmission to flow freely through the device. This device is RoHS compliant and can dissipate very low static dissipation charge. It also features an ultra-low capacitance of 0.6 pF of capacitance at Mating.
