44100 SERIES Thermistor Components Teflon sheathed epoxy encapsulated precision interchangeable NTC thermistor utilizing high stability pressed-disk ceramic sensor for use in harsh chemical environments. Sensor is protected by a 2 (51mm) Teflon sheath for protection from harsh chemicals. One inner lead is sleeved with Teflon tubing for insulation. A nickel stiffening wire allows shaping of the sheath. Interchangeability Features Teflon Sheath for Hostile Environments The term interchangeability refers to how accurately thermistors track a nominal 100 Ohm to 1 MEG Ohm Resistance 25 C resistance curve. In the case of a Interchangeability 0.2 C, 0 C to 70 C 0.2 C, through all portions of the interchangeable range, the part is within Good Long Term Stability 0.2 C of the nominal value for that part. High Sensitivity This term is sometimes confused with accuracy.
