Introduction The purpose of this document is to provide instruction for changing the drive roller of the TE3124, TE3112 and the T6112DS printers. 1.1. Switch the printer power off, open the printer cover and remove any product and ribbon. 2.2. Using the Allen key provided with the printer, remove the three screws holding in the end plate, as shown in Figure 2. With the end plate removed the drive roller can be separated from the Hexagonal drive by gently pulling the drive roller laterally away from the printer bulkhead, see Figure 3.
