The TSYS01 provides TSYS01-1: 0.1C Temp.: -20C +70C factory calibrated temperature information. It includes a Adjustment of high accuracy temp. range on request temperature sensing chip and a 24-bit -ADC. The essence of the digital 24-bit temperature value and the Low Current, <12.5 A (standby < 0.14 A) internal calibration values lead to highly accurate SPI / I2C Interface temperature information accompanied by high Small Package: QFN16 measurement resolution. Operating Temperature Range: -40C +125C The TSYS01 can be interfaced to any microcontroller by an I2C or SPI interface. This microcontroller has to calculate the temperature result based on the ADC values and the calibration parameters.
