They are available for both AC and DC systems. TERMINAL STRIPS Some generator systems provide auxiliary power out- 6 - 32 SCREWS lets for small equipment. WILMAR GFDs eliminate per- sonnel risk of accessing these outlets if a ground fault exists. Diesel locomotives and railroad line signal boxes also use WILMAR GFDs for operational control purposes. The GFD monitors both positive and negative grounds for fault currents and can trigger either notification or system shutdown if these are detected. WILMAR GFDs are available for both grounded and ungrounded sys- tems.
