Teko 1/A.1 is a computer-controlled robotic arm designed to help assembly line workers to move heavy or awkward items with precision. It is equipped with a proprietary motion control software, allowing it to accurately and efficiently lift and carry materials. The arm consists of several robotic parts constructed from lightweight and corrosion resistant materials, including a base, arm, shoulder, elbow and wrist segments, and six-axis jointed hand. It is capable of multi-axis movements such as shoulder lift, vertical and horizontal stretches, elbow bend, and thumb and finger movements. It is designed with safety features and can be programmed with preset limits and stop points to ensure safety for the operator and the objects it is working with. Teko 1/A.1 can be used for a variety of applications including but not limited to automotive, medical device, and industrial manufacturing.
