HY-B.7 is a high-quality 8-bit µC/MCU microcontroller with an addressable memory of 64K bytes. It is the fourth generation of Teko's family of 8-bit microcontrollers, and is optimized for cost and performance. It provides a wide range of memory resources, which include static RAM for rapid data manipulation, 4KB of flash memory for program and data storage, and 8KB of on-chip ROM for low-level firmware code. The HY-B.7 also has a range of peripherals, such as an analog-to-digital converter (ADC), pulse-width modulation (PWM) and timers, serial communications and a range of general-purpose input/output (I/O) ports. Its compact form factor makes it a suitable choice for many applications, including embedded control, automotive and industrial systems, portable and wearable devices, medical products, robotics and gaming systems.
