The 902-4 is a direct-acting, spring-opposed, high-pressure regulator developed by Teledyne Hawkins. This pressure regulator is designed to act as an interface between a supply source and an application up to 15,000 PSIG on Non-Corrosive and corrosive gases, with Cv (flow capacity) ratings up to 2560. It is typically used for regulating high-pressure gas systems. The regulator has a polycarbonate dome-loaded diaphragm that is adjustable using a top-mounted control knob allowing for adjustments in outlet pressures up to 15,000 PSIG. The 902-4 features a non-rotating stem with two-piece stem seal design, an external stem-adjusting pin and O-ring stem seal, and a direct-acting, spring-opposed diaphragm. The regulator is available in a range of body and trim materials including Polypropylene, 316 stainless steel, Aluminum Alloy, Monel, and Hastelloy.
