The Terminus FE1.1 USB ICs LQFP-48_7x7x05P RoHS is a 48-pin low-profile quad flatpack (LQFP) integrated circuit with RoHS compliance certification. This device is a low-power, high-speed USB 2.0 controller IC with integrated full-speed and low-speed/full-speed transceivers. It enables pin, register, and firmware compatibility with previous FE2.x family. This device supports up to 60MHz of signal data rate to achieve 480Mbits/s or 12.5Mbytes/s full-speed throughput. Furthermore, the Terminus FE1.1 is modular andFeatures an integrated embedded architecture to allow OEM customization and unique feature sets without sacrificing consistency and reliability. It has wide voltage range from 3.0V to 3.6V and configurable bus voltage driving levels. This device is suitable for use in any application which requires high performance USB 2.0/1.1 data transmission.
