The CC1312R1F3RGZR is a Sub-1 GHz wireless microcontroller unit (MCU) with a 32-bit Arm Cortex-M4F core from Texas Instruments. It features 352kB Flash memory, radio transceiver, RF errata correction algorithms, and a 48-VQFN package. The unit is programmable via the SimpleLink development suite, and supports data rates of up to 200 kHz in the 779 to 928 MHz band. It is rated for -40 to 105 Celsius operation temperature, and consumes a low amount of power in both active and sleep modes.
