CD4053BE is a high-performance CMOS analog multiplexer/demultiplexer by Texas Instruments. It is digitally-controlled analog switch featuring low ON-resistance and low OFF-leakage. It has three address inputs (IN0, IN1, and IN2) and two data inputs (I0 and I1). When an appropriate combination of addresses is applied, one of the data inputs is selected and routed to the output (OUT). It is ideal for switching and routing analog signals, as its applications include sample-and-hold circuits, analog multiplexers, and analog switches with its low ON-resistance of 60 ohms at 5 V, low OFF-leakage of 10 pA at 5 V, and low power consumption.
