Additional Infomation About Product

CD74HC273E is a high-speed CMOS 8-bit D-type flip-flop with differential-outputs. It is composed of eight edge-triggered D-type flip-flops, which are controlled by a common Clock (CP) and the individual Flip-Flop starts with the same CP signal risingEdge. Each flip-flop has separate data inputs (Dn), set (Sn) and reset (Rn) inputs, and complementary outputs (Qn and /Qn). The direct clear (CLR) input, when held low forces all outputs LOW regardless of the other inputs. Data present at the Dn inputs is transferred to the corresponding flip-flop outputs when the rising-edge of the CP signal is present. The D-type flip-flops are designed to operate with power supply voltages as low as 2.0V, and as high as 6.0 V. This allows the use of the device in low power, low voltage applications (VDD = VSS = 2.0V to 6.0V). The CD74HC273E is a 20-pin DIP packaged device and is manufactured by Texas Instruments.
