The DCP010512BP-U is a miniature, isolated, unregulatable DC/DC converter made by Texas Instruments. It provides up to 1 watt of output power and a 5 – 12 Volt DC input. It has efficiencies up to 73%, good thermal performance, a wide input voltage range of 5.5 V to 18 V, and an output voltage adjustable from 6 V to 12 VDC. It features an impressive 10,000 VAC isolation rating, high temperature operation up to 125°C, and a single fixed output sense or remote output voltage adjustment option. The converter is also designed for general purpose applications, and EMI filtering improves electromagnetic compatibility.
