The ISO7221AD is a digital isolator manufactured by Texas Instruments that provides electrical isolation up to 2000Vrms and features dual 1Mbps channels. It is designed for a wide range of digital isolation applications, such as feedback and control loops, isolated communication links and barrier functions. The device provides low-power consumption and features a wide power supply range of 2.7V to 5.5V. The integrated logic level converters allow for direct connection to logic signals with voltage levels from 1.5V to 5V. The ISO7221AD is designed and qualified for automated assembly and has a wide temperature range of -40oC to 85oC.
