The ISO7731DBQR digital isolators with high speed, robust EMC triple-channel are manufactured by Texas Instruments. These parts are capable of providing 3-channel level isolation with data rates up to 5 Mbps, a galvanic isolation of 2500V RMS, a maximum peak working voltage of 800V, and a common-mode transient immunity of a minimum of 20kV/µs. It features a very robust EMC performance, with low capacitance and low power consumption, as well as an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The built-in diagnostic features allow the user to detect open or short circuit conditions, and this model is UL, VDE, and CSA-approved for safety.
