The ISO7760DBQR with Digital Isolators High Speed, Robust EMC Six-Channel Digital Isolators 16-SSOP -55 to 125 is a compact, six-channel digital isolator with an operating temperature range of -55 to 125 degrees Celsius. It supports multiple process nodes for high speed operation and is compliant with ISO criteria for Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) making it suitable for applications requiring rigorous electromagnetic compliance. The Robust EMC feature in this part also provides resistance to high-frequency, differential mode noise in extreme industrial environments. It is manufactured by Texas Instruments and comes in a small 16-SSOP (Small Outline Package) package size. It also offers wide supply voltage range from 2.2 V to 5.5 V and a high data rate of up to 300 Mbps.
