Additional Infomation About Product

:The JFE150DCKR JFET from Texas Instruments is an ultra-low noise, low gate current, audio N-channel JFET with low input capacitance and low distortion. It is designed for noise-sensitive applications such as microphone preamplifiers, signal switching, and analog signal routing. This device features an ultra-low noise of 1.5nV/v Hz and low gate current of 0.5pA, making it suitable for demanding audio circuits such as audio mixers, preamplifiers, and equalizers. The JFE150DCKR also features a low input capacitance of only 100pF, allowing it to be used in impedance-matching circuits. It also features a low Gate-Source voltage of 15V, giving it a wide range of applications. It also features an easily implemented Drain-Source voltage of 40V, making it ideal for guitar pickup preamps and power amplifiers.
