The LM2733YMF/NOPB is a boost switching regulator IC positive adjustable 2.7V 1 output 1A (switch) SC-74A, SOT-753 manufactured by Texas Instruments. It is a low-cost, low-power, high-efficiency DC-DC step-up converter IC. This device features a 1.5V reference voltage, 2.7V output voltage, and an adjustable output current up to 1A. It has an internal PWM switch and internal boost control circuitry, allowing it to inherently respond to dynamic load requirements without external components or programming. The LM2733YMF/NOPB has an efficient synchronous rectifier that reduces the power dissipation across the power MOSFET switch. It features a very low dropout voltage, and the selectable Burst Mode operation allows the parts to draw only 90µA of quiescent current. The device also features a frequency-lock option that controls the internal PWM frequency up to 2MHz, allowing designers to customize the device to meet application-specific requirements. With current sensing, the device can also support fast transient response requirements.
