The LM5085MY/NOPB with Switching Controllers 75V Constant PFET Buck Switch Cntlr is a highly integrated, low-voltage, pulse width modulated (PWM) buck switch controller IC, manufactured by Texas Instruments, designed to enable space-constrained consumer power supplies. It combines a high-performance, monolithic bur, PFET switch with a precision control loop, on-chip compensation, and embedded gate drivers. It also includes unique feature sets which make it an ideal candidate for consumer applications such as TVs and gaming consoles. Furthermore, the LM5085MY/NOPB provides an adjustable/selectable peak current-mode control for excellent system stability, as well as a wide operating frequency range (2.4 MHz to 960 kHz) and low quiescent current (20 uA) to help reduce external component count and total cost. In addition, the LM5085MY/NOPB also features programmable input voltage and output current limits, adjustable soft-start, over-temperature protection and fault detection.
