The LMR36520FADDAR from Texas Instruments is a SIMPLE SWITCHER® 4.2-V to 65-V 2-A synchronous step-down converter with 26-uA IQ 8-SO PowerPAD -40 to 125. The device provides high efficiency and fast transient response in a small footprint. It features integrated FETs with a wide input voltage range of 4.2 V to 65 V, a selectable (1.5 V or 2.5 V) output voltage, programmable frequency up to 2 MHz, adjustable current limit, and a pulse-by-pulse current limit algorithm. It can deliver up to 2 A output current and features over-temperature protection, short-circuit protection, and thermal-regulation mode. It also has low power standby mode, weak pull-up enable, and low quiescent current operation.
