The LP2981AIM5-5.0/NOPB is an adjustable micropower low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator from Texas Instruments. The device operates with an input voltage range of 2.9 V to 15 V and supports up to 150 mA (200 mA peak). It features an output voltage accuracy of ±3% over temperature, a quiescent current of 8 µA (typical) at no load, and fast load and line transient response. The LP2981AIM5-5.0/NOPB has a tight output voltage regulation of ±100 mV and provides excellent thermal stability and noise performance. The device is available in a SOT-223 package.
