The TLC272BID is an operational amplifier from Texas Instruments. It is a low-power, single-supply, BiCMOS operational amplifier with a rail-to-rail input and output range. It is available in two versions: the standard TLC272B and the TLC272BID version. The TLC272BID version offers improved output drive capability, higher slew rate, and wider bandwidth than the standard TLC272B. The device offers low-offset voltage, low-bias current, low-input current noise, and low-noise output. The open-loop gain of the amplifier is very high with a temperature coefficient of 0.004%/°C. It is used in applications such as gain control and signal filtering.
