The TLV2231IDBVR is a dual, low-power Operational Amplifiers (Op Amp) with Rail-to-Rail outputs manufactured by Texas Instruments. It is a high-precision, low-voltage, single-supply operational amplifier with rail-to-rail input and output operation, making it ideal for use with battery-operated and low-voltage circuit designs where space and power management are critical. The TLV2231IDBVR features 25µA of quiescent current, removing the need for external compensation. This versatility makes the TLV2231IDBVR well-suited for applications in audio signal processing, biomedical instrumentation, industrial sensors, and instrumentation amplifiers. Additionally, the TLV2231IDBVR is qualified for the extended -40C to +125C temperature range, making it a good choice for both consumer and industrial applications. The amplifier is constructed with BiCMOS technology, allowing for higher levels of accuracy than more traditional amplifier types. This is further reinforced by the TLV2231IDBVR providing an extremely low offset voltage of 1mV and low input bias current of 0.25pA. Furthermore, with an excellent common-mode rejection rate of 85dB the TLV2231IDBVR is ideal for low-noise applications. The TLV2231IDBVR is available in two package types: SOIC-8 and TSSOP-8, providing design engineers with flexibility to meet different space constraints. These two packages also allow for straight-forward implementation onto pcbs, making the TLV2231IDBVR an excellent choice for a range of precision applications.
