Additional Infomation About Product

The TPIC6595DW is a 8-bit Dual Source/Load Low-Side MOSFET driver from Texas Instruments. The device is available in a small 8-pin rDSO package and offers high-side/low-side isolation in a single package. The device includes two independent low-side drivers capable of sinking up to 0.6A control current, and can easily control two external NMOS FETs. The device also offers an "active low shutdown" mode which reduces the total power consumption to less than 1µA from the device enabling space savings. The device is ideal for motor control and battery management applications.
