The TPS51219RTER with Switching Controllers High Perf, Sgl Sync Step-Down Controller manufactured by Texas Instruments is a single-channel synchronous step-down switching controller with integrated high-side and current-sense power MOSFETs. It has an input voltage range of 4.5 V to 16 V, and an adjustable output voltage range of 0.76 V to 5.5 V. It also features protection against input under and over-voltages, and temporary over-voltage fault protection for open and short circuit output conditions. It has a high operating frequency, up to 2.2 MHz, allowing for the use of small system components. It features programmable loop compensation and high efficiency for up to 95.4%.
