Additional Infomation About Product

The TPS54318RTET is a 2-MHz synchronous step-down DC-DC converter with integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFETs from Texas Instruments. It is capable of providing up to 3.0 A of regulated output current over an input voltage range of 2.95 V to 6.0 V. This switching DC-DC converter features a custom design to minimize quiescent current for extended battery run-time in portable applications. The TPS54318RTET is part of Texas Instruments’s Regulator-Converter series and has high-efficiency, low quiescent current, using lower current in no-load conditions to increase battery run-time. Additionally, it comprises a precision enable pin with 10 mA maximum drive current. It features input undervoltage lockout (UVLO), overtemperature protection (OTP), and an internal compensation scheme. The TPS54318RTET switching regulators have low noise operation and stable output voltage over a wide range of powered loads, making them suitable for several applications, including general-purpose portable supplies, automotive, commercial, and consumer electronics, network and computer systems, and hand-held devices.
