It features a low noise, high efficiency internal switch for a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 60V and a 3.5A output current, with an adjustable output voltage as low as 0.8V. It includes integrated short-circuit and over-temperature protection and an energy-saving eco-mode feature that reduces power consumption. Additionally, it is housed in an 8-pin powerPAD package and has a low standby current of 2.7µA.
