The TPS61165DBVR LED Lighting Drivers Hi Brightness White LED Driver by Texas Instruments is an integrated LED driver for being used in LED lighting applications. It is designed to drive up to eight high-power LEDs from a wide range of input voltages from 12V to 42V. The LED driver is integrated with two operating modes, namely Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) and Constant Current (CC), and it also includes a buck converter to efficiently step down the input voltage. This LED driver supports a wide range of LED currents from 0.75A to 5.0A and has maximum efficiency up to 85%. It is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified with a temperature range from -40 °C to +125 °C and has high surge tolerance. The TPS61165DBVR LED driver is available in a small 28-pin HSON package.
