The TPS62000DGS is a synchronous monolithic constant-frequency, current-mode step-down DC/DC converter with integrated power switches from Texas Instruments. This converter operates at a constant frequency of 2.25MHz, providing a high switching frequency suitable for noise-sensitive applications. It supports an input voltage range of 3V to 42V and provides a 3.3V output voltage range. The device features integrated SmartShutdown circuitry to reduce standby current and an integrated MOSFET to provide high power resolution. The TPS62000DGS is ideal for applications such as powering FPGAs, ASICs, ARM processors and memory, as well as providing power for medical and portable devices.
