The TPS70950DBVR with LDO Voltage Regulators 150mA 30V Ultra-Lo IQ Wd Input LDO Reg is an energy efficient, low power voltage regulator manufactured by Texas Instruments. This low-dropout voltage regulator features a 150mA output current, 30V maximum input voltage, and ultra-low quiescent current (IQ) of only 80µA operating from a wide-input voltage range. It also features reverse current protection to eliminate current detection when the input voltage is powered off, making it suitable for battery-powered applications. The LDO operates over a wide temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, features short-circuit protection, and high power supply rejection ratio up to 65 dB.
