The TPS7A5401QRGRRQ1 is a 4-A, low-VIN (1.1-V), low-noise, high-accuracy, ultra-low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator manufactured by Texas Instruments. It has a 20-VQFN package and is rated to operate from a temperature range of -40 to 150 degrees Celsius. It is designed to provide excellent power supply line regulation and fast line transient response, with an ultra-low dropout voltage of only 80 mV. This LDO voltage regulator is also able to provide up to 4 A of continuous output current with stability over the entire operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The device features selectable current limiting for short circuit protection, reverse current protection, and adjustable output voltage range of 1.1 V to 20 V.
