The TPS7A9001DSKR is an LDO Voltage Regulator from Texas Instruments. It is an adjustable, ultra-low-dropout voltage regulator with a 500-mA capability, low-noise, and high-PSRR (Power supply ripple rejection) performance. The accuracy of this regulator is 10-SON over a temperature operating range of -40 to 125 degrees Celsius. It features short-circuit protection as well as a low-noise operation mode for improved accuracy. This voltage regulator is ideally suited for portable applications, such as those powered by a battery, as it features a low quiescent current. It also requires a minimum number of external components and has Thermal Soft-Start and Low Shutdown current features for efficient operation.
