The TSC2007IPW is a touch screen controller manufactured by Texas Instruments. It is part of the Nano-PWR Controller family and is designed to provide a low-power, high-performance solution for touch screen implementations. The TSC2007IPW provides a complete low-power, high-performance solution for touch screens up to 10 inches in size, including monitors, laptops, and mobile devices. It features advanced built-in signal processing, an 8-bit and 12-bit touch controller with a bit resolution of 65,536 eigenvalues and a data sample rate of 5KHz that enables the user to have a good touch accuracy. It also has 20 channels programmable sensing electrodes, programmable duty cycling ideally suited for battery-powered devices, noise suppression capabilities compatible with noise levels found in portable electronic devices, and an on-chip power management system. Additionally, the TSC2007IPW can be combined with an associated Application Specific Standard Product (ASSP) to enable integration with popular certified touchscreen technologies, including Projected Capacitive (PCAP) and Resistive.
