The Texas Instruments UCC27712DR is a Gate Driver 620-V, 1.8-A, 2.8-A High-Side Low-Side Gate Driver with Interlock 8-SOIC -40 to 125. This device is used to drive high side and low side MOSFETS in step-down converters. It has two independent low-side and one high-side channels, each capable of 620V peak source and sink currents up to 1.8A and 2.8A respectively. It also has an active-low interlock output to shut down switching in case of fault conditions. This part is available in an 8-pin SOIC package, with a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
