The SMAJ150A is a unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) manufactured by TKS and designed to protect against voltage spikes and surges. It has a 1.6A maximum peak pulse current rating and 1uA decay time. It is designed to provide protection against over-voltage conditions up to 243V, under-voltage conditions down to 167V, and reverse-voltage conditions down to 185V with a breakdown voltage of 150V.
