Additional Infomation About Product

The TRB600 with PTC Resettable Fuses is a Through Hole version with a voltage of 6A and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. It is RoHS compliant, 10.2mm in size, and is manufactured by TLC. This part is a type of resettable fuse, consisting of a polymeric positive temperature coefficient (PTC) device that limits inrush current commonly caused by capacitor charging. It is able to automatically reset itself after it cools down and normal operating conditions are restored. The TRB600 is used for applications such as general consumer electronic equipment, energy storage systems, battery chargers, and switch mode power supplies to protect against short circuits and overloads.
