Additional Infomation About Product

TMI3252 is a DC-DC Converters SOT23-6 RoHS manufactured by TMI. It is a high voltage, non-isolated step-down DC to DC converter with high efficiency and fast transient response. It features onboard high-side and low-side MOSFETs and low-side low RDS(ON) 0.30O SOP-8 MOSFET in a compact SOT23-6 package. With integrated overload protection and short-circuit protection, it provides excellent safety. The device accepts voltage of 4.5V~20V input supply and can deliver 0.8V~13V adjustable regulated output voltage. The operating frequency is programmable from 350 kHz to 1.6 MHz. The current limit and soft start function can be adjusted via an onboard resistor. It also features thermal shutdown and Frequency foldback protection to reduce the power dissipation for high load applications. The device is RoHS compliant and manufactured according to ISO9001 guidelines.
